A Passion for Autonomous Systems and Community Engagement
As a dedicated student who was pursuing a Master's degree in Autonomous Systems at the University of Plymouth, I actively participated in various academic and extracurricular activities. One such highlight was my involvement in the 13th UK Automatic Control Council (UKACC) International Conference on Control (CONTROL2022), hosted by the Autonomous Marine Systems (AMS) research group within the University of Plymouth.
This prestigious conference brought together leading experts from around the world to discuss cutting-edge research in control systems and automation. I had the opportunity to attend insightful keynote speeches, participate in technical sessions, and network with industry professionals. This experience broadened my knowledge and inspired me to explore the frontiers of autonomous systems.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I served as a Course Representative for my Autonomous Systems course. In this role, I actively engaged with fellow students, faculty, and university administration to address concerns, improve the learning experience, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
